AUA Fundamentals in Urology, Hands-on Skills Training

The live in-person Hands-on Skills Training offers unique APP and Resident training tracks!

This one and a half day training consists of simulations focused on clinical skills such as: priapism, catheters and bladder ultrasound, endoscopy, and ultrasound, and one focused on interpersonal and communication skills. Simulations are tailored to the unique training needs of APPs and Residents.

After participating in this CME activity, particpants will be able to:

1. Excel as clinicians and improve performance using an increased fund of knowledge and skills about foundational and applied urology topics.
2. Apply standardized and foundational urologic skills to their practice to ensure baseline proficiency and improve patient safety.
3. Adopt the characteristics and habits of successful residents and APPs.
4. Identify opportunities to network and build community with their peers.
