CME Available: cme.auanet.org/URL/FOCUS263ONL
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After participating in this CME activity, participants will be able to:
- Analyze emerging data in NMIBC and guideline updates to evaluate the impact of disease recurrence and treatment-related complications on current care pathways and patient outcomes.
- Apply guideline-driven risk stratification in order to identify and select appropriate patients with high-risk NMIBC for optimal therapy sequencing and escalation of care.
- Implement strategies for safe and effective integration of novel intravesical and systemic immunotherapies to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and shared decision-making between urology and medical oncology.
- Develop patient-centered, evidence-informed care plans using guideline updates and real-world case examples, in order to address unmet needs, reduce recurrence risk, and improve quality of life for patients with NMIBC.
